Shame on you MTN.

After numerous phone calls, faxes, emails and police ***** case papers am I still at the point of not knowing anything. In January I realised that one of my cellphone contracts has been upgraded without my permission. I found out later that month that another contract of mine has been upgraded without my knowledge or consent. I contacted MTN immediately and were told to sent through all the documents that I have gathered which included the ********** signature papers, the best part of it all is that I havent received any phone or tablet that has been upgrade on my name!!! But still to this day I havent received a phone call from MTN acknowledging that they are working on the case. Because of the matter I am in severe financial stress.
