SHAME ON YOU!!!!

One of their stores sold me a wrong item. Now I want a refund. Lebo the store manager at Karaglen told me I need to use my credit card to get my refund. But yesterday she told there are NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES. I want the store to take responsibility for not checking that a pensioner is NOT BUYING THE WRONG ITEM!!!
