SHAME ON MTN!

We had a storm in Prince Albert, Western Cape, almost 3 weeks ago. MTN users on android phones have since had a problem not receiving or being able to make calls, Many of us have followed every avenue to report the issue and we are being IGNORED! We have reported to our nearest MTN shop, more than once. We have called every number we were given numerous times, and not had a response from those helpline numbers. We have gone onto the website numerous times and filled in their complaint form, numerous times. We have emailed numerous times and keep getting computer-generated responses with a ref number, and keep getting told to fill in the complaint form on their website. We have sent messages on their WhatsApp Chat number. We have complained on Facebook. WE ARE BEING FLATLY IGNORED, while our livelihoods are at stake, as we cannot run our business this way and we are losing business because people cannot get hold of us. SHAME ON YOU MTN!
