Shame on MTN

So after the ridiculous debacle last week with my attempted debacle with CCI, I went into the store to do an upgrade only to find that I cannot upgrade because they have not yet cancelled the attempted upgrade. These guys are getting worse that the government with their service delivery. They dont care about the customer at all, just show you the middle finger and leave you without any resolution. After all, it is not their problem at all. And they do not even respond to my complaints.
