Shame on MTN

I have been waiting for a year to have my insurance refunded to me. I cancelled my insurance a few years ago (which was never done), then I cancelled AGAIN - in writing - and was promised all the excess insurance would be refunded to me. This was January 2020. Why has it taken a year for a query to be finalized, and it is still not sorted. MTN, what is happening?
