I hve towo contracts with mtn . the one i took three weeks ago is a problem it keeps takin my airtime i keep getn pop ups i keep callin but shame thng hapends over and over i wnt upgrade my contract due in 3 months this is nt on on other hand my mobile is getn hot. I can still deall wth that but where is my moneymy airtime that i lossd the *** pop ups then they sayn they recycling numbers ? Its nt my problem. Help me gt my money corect this mistake pop up subscribtions that i never subscribe to. And my airtime back or simple just take yur phone back n cancel me contract at no extra cost cause im fed up call centre useless ask nme i calld 5 times i dnt hve time fr this and money to waist i hve never had a problem wth my first contract but this one is **** help me or loose me

As per our conversation, we have removed the contend subscription from your number effective today.
Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP’s (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an “enabler” to the WASP’s by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP’s be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure. MTN does not have relationships with the content providers, they however have direct relationships with the WASP who aggregates such content on their behalf.
For any dispute regarding Wasp content subscription/ deductions, please lodge a complaint directly with Waspa either via www.waspa.org.za or on ***.
