Shady contract debit orders

Shockingly pathetic service! Mtn has been debiting my account for four years after the number was out of use. Claiming they email my statements to an email address which hasn’t been used since 2015! Try canceling the contract, they do not answer their “customer service” line 083135. And when i get Through, I don’t even know the number I’m canceling because I have never received a statement! My cancellation reference number is ***. I want my debit order refunded for the last four years you Bunch of *******! Stay away from these sharks!
