Shadley human still waiting for his paid up letter!!!!!!

Good day it's shadley human here id no *** I owned Mtn some money on my MTN account that I had and pay them back in full but for the past 5 months I'm struggling to just get a paid up letter from them and I've been phoning them every week and I'm still waiting for my letter up until today!!!
