Several requests but problem still persists

I upgraded my phone and my son's phone on the 2nd April 2016. We both had to do a sim swop. My son can see who is calling him, but I cannot see who is calling me. It just shows \Unknown\". I have called MTN 808 several times (at least 4 - 5 time) last 2 calls were Friday 15 April 2016 at 9:22am and previous on Monday 11 April 2016 at 16:39. I also went into the Brooklyn branch on Saturday 9 April 2016 and the salesman said that there was a block on the call ID and he would remove it. He also informed me that they have had issues with the new Lte sim cards. <br> <br> I believe I have been more than patient, but it is annoying not being able to see who is calling me, and not to mention dangerous as it may be one of my children in an emergency and I would not be able to see that they are calling me. <br> <br> I also have an issue that no one can confirm if I still have my data bundle loaded on my account in addition to the 1GB of data which is included in my deal. I no longer need the additional 1GB data. Please check if it is there and remove it.<br> <br> Please can someone assist in this matter. If you need to call me, please call AFTER 1PM. "
