Several messages left by different mtn departments for mtn direct to call me back- no call

<p>I have severe problems as what has been promised to me by an mtn direct salesman by the name of Tebogo was not orchestrated. I have spoken to basically every different departement inuding mtn direct. Every time I am told a message has been left for mtn direct to call me back. Everytime I phone mtn direct I am told that someelse needs to speak to me and another message is left. The social media team have contacted me and agreed that mtn direct must correct my account as details were incorrectly entered for the package I have, they left a message for mtn direct to contact me, but no one has contacted me!!!! This matter is so urgent, an debit order of double the amount is going off every month due to the incompetence of tebogo and I have to sc**** together the extra money each month while I wait for him to contact me. Please help it's not my fault!!!!</p>
