Several complaints with Ref and NO replies

I have lodged several complaints, one is Over a year Old and still no Solution. <br> <br> Last 2 complaints on HelloPeter MTN promised to contact me for Solutions yet NO contact from Them at all. <br> <br> REQ:*** and REQ:*** were the last 2 reference numbers. <br> <br> I am absolutely SICK of this nonsense! For almost 2 years a problem with equipment still not resolved. <br> <br> I contacted Them advising on payment terms especially due to Them not resolving my queries etc I was advised they will contact me. No contact!<br> <br> My lines have been blocked for months, after several attempts of contacting Them they have still not rep**** nor contactedd me. <br> <br> What should a person do??????<br>
