settling my account with Mtn

i have tried calling mtn group on the legal department ...i was behind with my payment and they took me to saya recoveries ...so i have settled my account i dont know what to they want ...i have bee trying to call them to close my account but they taking me to a lot of cosultant they donttl want to close my account and they even dropping my calls ....Mtn please assist cause i want my account closed its really affecting my credit score
