Settling mtn is a MISSION

<p>I have been going up and down to the mtn store in Cresta to get a settlement letter because i want to settle my mtn account. Each time i go there the ladies keep telling me that they are waiting for legal to get back to them. IT IS NOW FOUR WEEKS that i have to keep going to get assistance.</p> <p>I want to buy a house and the bank has requested i pay up my mtn account and send proof of payment before they can release my house to me.</p> <p>Mtn is the worst by far i must say. This is really draining me as i cannot get finance because someone at mtn doesnt want to do their job. the ladies at Cresta keep sending emails to a guy by the name of Bongani Hadebe- Who never ever responds. what must i do?</p> <p> </p> <p>I JUST WANT TO PAY OFF THIS ACCOUNT AND LEAVE MTN FOR GOOD</p> <p> </p>
