Settlement quotations are like the elusive unicorn for MTN

I have tried for the last 6 weeks to get my contract settlement quotation so that i can cancel my contract. I have tried calling through, bn transferred to retention's and waited for around 40 minutes a time. I have tried submitting requests online a couple time and have tried to escalate my request but as usual, I'm a cash *** so why let me cancel when you can carry on my making money out of me.

I was perhaps under a jaded impression that you are required to make my cancellation process simple and easy to do but sadly again from MTN this is far from the truth. I'm also excited to see how your catches come up in the cancellation clause. I'm sure it'll be fun and interesting.
