Settlement letter required

They did not do any justice I am requesting for a settlement letter on which they are failing to provide I was advice to pay the arrears ,so my questions is how will I be able to pay which I was failing to do so ,and now I have assistance at work and they are willing to assist me to pay the full balance they said they cannot give out settlement for that reason .
