Settlement letter Phone contract.

Your service is really bad I must say ,I have called MTN for a settlement letter for my cellphone contract ,I made 3 calls one after another all agents always say they are putting me to the correct department , Once you are put through the ladies just put you on hold until the call ends or maybe they hang up. Why must I struggle to get a settlement amount like really . I m disappointed.
