Settlement letter

I settled my account with mtn 2 months ago but they dnt want to sent me a settlement letter , all i get is story after another ...first i was told i will take 21 working days ...now i am told about "old systems " i wonder why they call themselfs bozza network .

I spend more than 20 hours with their useless agents without been help.
