Settled account still active

I asked MTN for a full and Final settlement amount. I recieved a final settlement and made payment of the full amount the same day.

I have now been billed for the following month and they refuse to cancel on their side even though I have made payment. How do you will me after I settled and asked to close account. This is my ref no: FW: A*** [#***]
