Services not rendered for a full year and simswop.

I app**** for a Huawei Nova 11i contract November 2023 and I received a handset without a simcard. The sales person was supposed to use my existing number taking it from prepaid to contract. The contract was supposed to 6GB data and 230 minutes per month( I did not know about the 230 minutes). I received the handset on the 9th November 2023 with no simcard. Beginning of December 2023, I called to enquire about why am I receiving data only but not airtime, and the answer I got was I have an only data contract, which is my existing simcard. However, the sales person decided to opt for two contracts without my knowledge.

Fast forward to the 23rd October 2024. I got a call on the mentioned date from a sales person to offer another contract. In that conversation, it was discovered that there is another number that is receiving 230 minute per month and it is being utilized without my knowledge. I called MTN on 29th October 2024(Ref no: ***) and I was advised to go to any MTN shop for a SIM SWOP. I asked who should bear the cost of the SIM SWOP, since i have being paying for something that I did not know existed while paying for services never received? Then I was referred to Afrizon, where I spoke to Konanani Ndou. She discovered that the simcard was sent with the delivery guy from DSV. Even though I do not understand how come it does not show the delivery guy's name on their side. She assured me that she will investigate and give feedback regarding the services I paid for for a year and never received. They are at fault. MTN or Afrizon must compensate me for services not rendered.

Before speaking to Konanani, I spoke to some guy on the phone. When I narrating my story to him, he asked how did I know about the second simcard. Insinuating that, this is not the first time this was done.

On 18th November 2024, I spoke to Lebo and even sent an email with proof of payment. I was promised a call the following day. However, I never received any. It looks like no one wants to take responsibility of reimbursing me for services not rendered for a full year and my simswop money.
