Services disconnected
Last year December my connection was disconnected and the reason was because I'm owing R344.80. I went to Pavilion branch and it was resolved as I was not owing. On the 8th January I received another SMS informing me that I am owing R344.80 and on the 9th January the services were disconnected. Till today I cant use my phone I only receive but I have paid on the 14th December and will be paying on the 25th January again. this is very inconveniencing especially in my case where I make sure that I pay every month for my contract.

Thank you for the response. Kindly send me the report to my email address that your company has as soon as you can as I don't see the attachment here.
And another issue that I have is that you said that you didn't receive my November payment but you did receive December. That I find it strange as I made these payment the same way for over 5 years. How come all of a sudden you don't receive November payment.
I have sent proof of payment yesterday 14/1/19 to the following email address ********** Please your team must investigate this as I think R900 is a lot of money.
