I went to mtn on the 28th of June to buy a Month to Month router. The day I bought it, they told me that I should pay R492 to cover the rest of June and July, and then told me that the next debit order date is going to be on the 4th of August.

Though they said that, they attempted to deduct money from my account on the 4th pf July and then blocked my line because I made sure they didn't find the money since that wasn't the arrangement I signed up for. So now they are refusing to open my line and are telling me I should pay the money they were not supposed to attempt to deduct in the first place.

I'm disgusted by the poor service and the attempt of robbing a customer that mtn is doing now. MTN is horrible!
