I Cancelled my Contract with MTN, spoke to Retentions team who asked me for my ID Details ETC given to them over 2 weeks ago, today they Suspended my services coz they charged me almost R1000 for a services on promotions that ended, the 1st month i paid the prepaid amount as requested by them, i then requested that the contract be cancelled before they debit my account again, guess wat weeks of waiting for a response they ended up debiting me almost R1000 again, this is when i reversed the payment. now i cant use my contract my line is suspended. the services is poor I'm sitting on the line waiting for almost 45min now, is it so much to ask for decent service, CUMON
