Service? What service?

Trying to get a cellphone delivered by their courier company. Courier company does not have the correct contact number. Hopeless to try an get it changed to the correct number via MTN. Havent heard anything positive since 3 days ago. Just get shunted around from one division to the next. As helpfull as Eskom during loadshedding.
