Service, what service?!?

Done an upgrade with an agent, Nomthandazo Nkuna, on 06/06/2022 & have not heard a word from her since. I've sent a follow email to her every week since & haven't received any response from her... Has my contract been approved & if so, why is it taking forever to receive my order - it's almost a month later!?!
