Service?? What service!!!

I paid my account and my line is still not activated. I spoke to about 9 different consultants to find out what the reason is and no one was of any assistance. When you are late with a payment they contact you several times a day but when you phone them you can't get hold of them. What's the point of being in the service industry if you cannot provide a decent service!!!
