Service? *********s to get SIM at MTN St Peters Sq

On 13 November 2015, I went to St Peters Square in Observatory to purchase a new MTN SIM card. I took the RICA documents (ID and utility bill) with me and the woman behind the counter was satisfied. The woman did not even open the utility bill. There could have been anything in the envelope. So much for MTN being a reliable official to perform RICA services for the purposes of mobile telecoms security.<br> <br> When I came home the SIM card didn't work. In fact, the SIM card was deemed to belong to someone else by Afrihost. When I called the MTN outlet again the woman said that I should unfortunately come back to the shop with the SIM. They can do nothing over the phone.<br> <br> My issue is that a SIM card should be activated in-store if the client is going through the effort of going through the RICA process (eh hem, as this Fadwa woman clearly neglected to do).<br> <br> The number furnished as my contact number is the MTN number that I bought. If you did your job properly, you should able to reach me on it.
