Service suspended for no reason!!!

The account was in arrears and a payment arrangement was set up to bring the account up to date. This has now been concluded and the account is up to date, yet we are receiving SMS that the payment arrangement has not been met. The service has now been suspended even though the account was paid well before the due date of 02 November 2023.
