Service suspended for 7th time!
<p>I have been a contract customer for more than 20 years, but since MTN has taken over Nashua the service has been apalling!</p> <p> </p> <p>My service has now been suspended for the 7th time while I have a contract and the following remaining balances on my account:</p> <p>Airtime 02:42:35 Time</p> <p>SMS 381 Units</p> <p>Unbilled usage 619.28 Rand</p> <p> </p> <p>I canot send an SMS, phone the Call centre to log a call and my e-mail queries are NEVER answered.</p> <p> </p>
Thank for the feedback and call, but the explanation is is not satisfactory.
1. When I upgraded in November last year, I was told I can not increase my credit limit to more than R1058.93, which is a system generated amount, vetted by MTN - based on business rules nobody could tell me. Alice informed me that after upgrading, this limit is applicable for 3 or 6 months and then it can be increased.
a) So the fact that I have been a good paying customer (on contract) for more than 20 years has no relevance at all?
b) Where is it stated that I can increase the limit after a specific period and why are the operators not aware of this?
2. My next issue was that when I eventually got to talk to a MTN operator (after complaining on Hello Peter), I was informed that I have to speak to MTN Active about the problems I experienced. Surely it is your sub-contractor and you should manage them? I also could not fine the Helpdesk number (1761) for MTN Active anywhere on the website - I was only given it by the MTN operator who phoned me back.
3. Please see error message below… When I try to activate My Bills and then choose Unbilled Itemised Bill. I tried to find out why I got a warning about service being suspended.

4. None of my queries loged on MTN Active have ever been answered, exept for the automatic reply saying MTN will respond within 5 days.
I only get any reaction when posting on Hello Peter....
