Service suspended and cannot get through on call centre

I cannot make calls because my service has apparently been suspended; that is the message I get when I try to make a call. I have tried calling the call centre multiple times to log the issue to understand why, but get no answer after waiting for an agent for over 20 minutes, and the call then drops. Can someone please contact me urgently to resolve this issue. There is no options on your WhatsApp line for this.
