Service suspended

My contract was upgraded on Thursday and a data bundle was loaded. The network was down Thursday night. When it was restored I couldn't use the data. I contacted networks and finally today was informed that my line had been suspended. Now I must call 135 and get it activated again. The outgoing mail server mymtnmail is not working. Shocking service as usual
