Service Suspended

Good day,

Can someone please assist me. I have a data contract with MTN but every month I keep on getting the messages " Your order has been submitted with order ref *** (with various ref numbers) but no one at MTN can trace that Order number and tell me what is it all about as I have never ordered anything from MTN.

Whenever I get this message, my phone will be blocked and can no longer receive or make any calls. When i check online on what's happening with my account, the system says my account has been closed, not sure why because the contract will only expire in July 2021. I spoke to the other lady two months ago and she reassured me that my account is opened and still active, but when i go online it shows account has been closed. I am currently just holding a handset, cant receive or make calls or even send or receive text messages.

Can someone please assist as this has been going on for long now, without any resolution. MTN must fix this mess and start taking its customers seriously, I cannot be going through the same issues every month! I have other numbers from Telkom and have never experienced this nonsense with them, so MTN must just tell us if it doesn't need me as one of its customers so I can go and stick to my Telkom connections.
