Service sucks
On the 7/01/2016 my iphone was picked up from my place for repairs as the speaker was damaged. On the 16/01/2016 the repairs was done on the phone and ever since I am waiting for my phone. I have been calling the insurance *** useless bunch of people, called repairs at *** was told my phone is at Sandton at smart phone. everyday when I call with regards to the delivery of my phone a new story surfaces no one wants to take accountability with regards to the **** up. I am now due to pay my subscription for the month of Jan however I haven't had my phone for the whole month. I am not going to be using MTN contract ever again kiss my business goodbye.
