service sucks

Hi, I'd like to know what steps to take to get my phone back from MTN HVRC. I bought my phone last year November but the end of July the phone just switched off and would not go back on. It kept showing me the LG home screen. I then took it in to MTN Kenilworth branch where they advised me to take it straight to the repair centre in ****arney Gardens as it would go quicker then. On Saturday the 5th of August I took it in to the repair centre and I was advised that my phone was stuck on boot loop which was a common problem with the LG G4 and that it would take a maximum of two weeks to repair the phone and that it would be ready by the 19 August for collection. However last week Thursday, the 17 August I phoned in to find out how far my phone was. I was then told that they had sent it to Midrand Repair centre and that a query was lodged as to the progress on my phone and they would be getting back to me. Today is Thursday the 24 August and when I call in they still dont know whats happening with my phone. I seriously need my phone as I have no other means of contact and it is also my way of earning an extra income.
