Service provider not honoring their end of the contract and discriminating the clients.

I went in 3 years contract with MTN through Mondi and I regret making that decision. I want a Home Wi-Fi, and this deal was sweet and affordable for me. i took home Wi-Fi deal with ZTE router and unlimited data usage. I only enjoyed that thing for a year and half and the remainder of the contract their router could not connect or feed me with internet. I phoned in wanting to cancel because their support team kept on telling me that my area has reception, so they don't know what the problem could be and I decided to cancel the contract, I was told to go to nearest MTN store to hand over the router and I went to MTN store in Alberton and I was told that they cannot accept it because the is no packaging(the box), i kept on paying my monthly subscription fee and i never got internet in my house ever since. a total rip-off.

when you see MTN advert on TV, turn it off or run. not unless you want to live my experience. Anything coming FROM MTN, i would advise you to RUN.
