Service Provider(MTN) Dissatisfaction
<p>I recharged my phone(Airtime and DATA Bundles) it just disappeared from my phone, on the 24th of March I contacted the MTN service Desk sourcing for clarity and was informed that i was subscribed to something called "Upstream" which i have no knowledge of since i have never accepted any subcriptions. They informed me that they will cancel it for me but cannot assure me of the reoccurance of such. I was also advised not to recharge for the next 24hours. I feel unprotected by MTN as my service provider for allowing such to happen without my anknowledgement. I use my phone and airtime as a very important tool. Please assist.</p>

I have never activated the given subscription on my device, on the same day a colleaque of mine also lonst his airtime but was advised to switch of his device and remove the battery, afyter doing that his airtime was restored.
