******* SERVICE PROVIDER MTN

This is the WORST service provider. I had two contracts with MTN. They handed me over to vericred for 1 account which ends with 585. I paid off vericred and they even gave me a paid-up letter. Then MTN said I must pay an outstanding balance of R267.95, which I did. Now they are refusing to cancel the contract (which is already terminated due to time lapsed). Countless of call to very *********** reps who are busy giving me different amounts and telling I still owe something on the accounts. I just want to cancel both contracts and get paid-up letters because all the amounts have been paid. The other account I cancelled (they pretended to cancel) and they said I have an invoice of R272.98. I made payment on the 1st of October 2025 and according to their records the "Money has not reflected". Like I said I want paid-up letters and move on with my life. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER SUCH A ******* SERVICE PROVIDER CALLED MTN.
