Service prblems

Two weeks ago I was called by an agent to migrate to 40gb for an additional 100 a month and was told it would take three days I am still waiting. Calling MTN is an absolute pain cos you have to listen to unisa students benefits for over 5 minutes. Then still can't get to speak to anyone.
