I currently have a contract paying R 149.00 per month and should receive on a monthly basis AnytimeMinuteBundle50<br> <br> 27nov15 credited with 2gb data & 50 minutes (as I should)<br> 27dec15 credited with 2gb data (ONLY)<br> 27jan16 credited with 2gb data (ONLY)<br> 27feb16 credited with 2gb data & 50minutes (as I should)<br> <br> numerous phone calls, site visits and references I have been credited with 17.45 Anytime minutes and was told this was pro-rata ! There is a shortfall of 82.55 Anytime Minutes. One has to wonder how many other clients have been de*****ed this way.<br> <br> are you able to assist with this complaint?
