Service of phone taking too long
I have sent in my contract phone to MTN branch in Johannesburg CBD on the 12th of January 2016 and up until today i have not received it back. I do not have a way of contact anymore since this one my only phone and they indicated that they do not have a courtesy phone while the other is on repairs.
