<p>I was upgrading in August on a special where you get the S7 samsung then you get the Tab3 and VR free. I was told they will help me to claim the VR they did but they did not come back to me yet its been three months now and still did not get my VR device. </p>

Please note the VR device was given by Samsung on promotion with the purchase of the S7 / S7 Edge. This had to be claimed within the promotional period through the Samsung Rewards Store. You had to first download and install the Samsung rewards app on the device to redeem the VR.
Thereafter the logistics company would liaise with you directly to confirm delivery details etc.
We trust that you find the above in order.

Clearly you understand wrong.
The MTN staff prommised me that they will claim it for me so if they promised that why is it my fault now?
So I expect MTN to deliver it to me or I will collect at the branch.
