Service non existing

<p>I had a querie regarding hi data bills with mtn and it took 4 months for them to get back to us. Also on my colleques monthly bill teh Black berry charge apeared after he has been using a Iphone for more than 18 months. How does a Blackberry charge just start to appear on a bill 18 months into a new contract?</p>
