Service non exist6

Ordered a router,have paid and still no router a week later,phone DSV and they say I must phone MTN,just want to cancel,not interested in carrying on doing business with them just want my money back,can't get hold of them,I'm left with no other option but to go into a MTN outlet and waste more of my time getting my own money back.....strongly would not recommend using them ...service sucks
