********** service, no choice but to Leave MTN for good

MTN deserves no stars!!! My account was suspsended incorrectly after MTN stuffed up my billing after an upgrade was done that was incorrectly sold to me. The rewards company ruled in my favour!! . A heap of calls, complaints, time and effort and not ONE call back/email to sort the matter. A Supervisor was meant to call me on Saturday - Lo an behold, nothing!! Disgusted at myself for being so loyal to this company for so many years....Hello Vodacom, cant wait to move!!!
