**** service MTN South Africa

MTN have the worst customer service of all the mobile networks in South Africa. I app**** and was approved for a new contract, then the day of delivery, contract is cancelled, and delivery not made. Still do not have an explanation from MTN and when you call the customer care line, 083135, you get the automated response only allowing you to enquire on a MTN number. There is no person to speak with, yet online on their website, I still have an active contract. No-one seems to be able to help!!!!!!! Let them try and debit me
