**** SERVICE MTN, COURIERIT, ANYTHING DELIVERIES, J-CELL BAR

I have been a customer of MTN for 3 years and I cannot say one good word about them. I have been waiting for an insurance claim to be approved since March 2020 and we are in August already. I received a SMS with an OTP on a Tuesday morning for the delivery of my cell phone. When I phoned the courier service (COURIERIT) and I was told that the parcel was sent back the Monday (the day before I received the OTP and confirmation that the parcel is on its way) then phoned J-CELL BAR who apparently signed for the return to sender parcel. Guess what? Their contact number online is the number for COTTON ON? I also contacted ANYTHING DELIVERIES they also couldn't tell me where my parcel was even though I had the WAYBILL number and OTP number. MTN customer service sucks, they place you on hold and then hang up on you a few minutes after (but the calls are recorded for quality purposes). No one has ever tried contacting me about this matter I've phoned over a hundred times and I haven't gotten anywhere. By the way I already paid my access fee and they are still billing me for the cellphone. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone!. THE MATTER IS STILL UNRESOLVED!!!
