**** Service 🤬 leave MTN

I recently lost my phone and I got a new sim card tried to do a sim swap which was successful. I waited 24 hours and I still didn't have my number back. I did another sim swap and was told to wait 24 hours again, which I did and I still didn't get my number back. Now on day 3 waiting for my number I'm being told I've been blocked because i failed the security questions?? Answered the questions the same way I answered them the previous 2 days I don't understand how that's possible? I spoke to a consultant who was unwilling to assist me get recordings of my previous calls because there's no way I could have gotten the questions wrong. Having been with MTN for over a decade thejr service has been horrible now I have to create a second affidavit just because they're system isn't working.
