Service is non existant

One of my cell phone contracts came to an end on 5 April 2015. I had previously visited Mtn in Cradlestone Mall to enquire as to the process to cancel the contract on expiry and was told that I could do it in store on the day of expiry.

I pitched up at the same shop on 6 April to do the deed and was told that the request could not be completed due to the fact that it was a public holiday but that the contract would be terminated by Wednesday 7 April.

Wednesday came and went with no word, so I visited the shop for a 3rd time just before closing time only to be told that the cancellation had not been processed and that I should contact the call center on 808. Anyone who has ever called this call center will probably know full well that it is a massive black hole with lots of dropped calls sitting within its depths.

I then called *** and asked to be put through to the retentions dept, I eventually gave up holding 45 minutes later.

I have concluded that it is impossible to contact anyone at Mtn and so I resort to Hello Peter as a second last resort. The last resort is not something that Mtn would appreciate so lets see what happens from here!!
