********** service from MTN

What an appalling service I have been getting from MTN🚮I paid my router on the 3rd October and I got home only to find the router is not working, we have no internet connection, I went back to the store and I was told to call the call centre and I did exactly that, however I was taken from pillar to post as one agent said I block the number which was a shock as I don’t even know the number of that sim, and the other agent said I should give it 24hours and it should be fine, and it still was not working ‼️on the 9th October I went back in the store and I was told to bring it in so they can monitor it, it’s the 12th still no router when I called the store I was told that it’s being monitored I even suggested to them to call in because the hard of that router had no problem as I believe it’s data issue, they promised to call me back but they didn’t, a gentle man by the name of Thabiso who was the acting manager when I took in my router kept making promises to call me but nothing till this very day. So basically I am not getting my money’s worth in this economy. However I hope I won’t be billed for the days I didn’t use the service..awaiting feedback
