**** service from MTN

Most useless customer service in SA, I have signed up for a new contract on the 2nd December for the black Friday special, and yet still never get a phone call from an agent. Every time you email customer service they say that it have been escalated, that's just a whole bunch of lies no phone call from MTN for 10 days.
