👎 service from MTN

Utterly disappointed and disgusted with MTN treatment of their contract holders. 2023 marks exactly 20 years with a contract but since yesterday cannot top up data on my phone. No notification to customers and could buy my daughter on prepaid data. Call centre providing no guidance or timelines of resolution. So called Bozza network.
